How does the booking process work?

Everything happens online.
After you request a booking, you will receive an automated email with an invitation to the rental agreement.
Once you sign the rental agreement, we will ensure the availability and process your credit card provided. We will follow up with a booking confimation email.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you use judgement when bringing certain breeds and sizes of pets.

How does insurance work?

We will require you to show proof of insurance on the vehicle that will be towing the RV. This policy MUST extend back to the RV. We will also offer you the option of purchasing supplemental insurance to cover over and above what your policy does not cover.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes! While we understand not all situations are unavoidable and things do come up, this is also a business. We will make exceptions to the below policies on a case-by-case basis but not very often.

If you must cancel outside of 30 days from your departure, we will refund your entire trip less $100 administrative fee.

Within 30 days but outside of 14 days will be a 50% refund or we can offer you a credit to be used on a future booking to be used within 6 months.

If you are within the 14 days window, we are unable to offer a refund due to the lack of time to be able to re-book for your designated dates. We will only be able to offer you a credit to be used on a future booking to be used within 6 months.

Is roadside assistance available for my trip?

Absolutely! All of our units come with 24/7 Roadside Assistance that is available to you at no additional cost. Whether you get locked out, have a flat tire, or run out of gas, our roadside assistance program is there to help you get on your way!
